Sometimes it seems like old habits return to me every weekend. And not sure if it's a bad thing or a good one. I've been working on changing my lifestyle for 6 weeks I believe and feel pretty good bout it. B ut on the weekends I'm not counting calories nor working out. Most weekends i limit on how much chocolate I am going to have or limit portions and only go out to eat once and not the whole weekend.
And this past weekend I ended up going out to eat at least 4 times and having chocolate to often. I mean I know my TOM didn't help but jeez I really ate a lot of crap. I know so far this is seeming to work for me so it doesn't seem like I am restricted but wondering in the long run if this is not going to help or make matters worst.
What I am thinking is that when I stop losing weight every week is when I need to change the way I am eating on the weekends. Maybe when I hit a plato that I'll feel differently and want to change. Or to continously see changes in my body may help to stop going back to those old habits.
I have been doing really well just a bad weekend. Usually it's just a bad day not a weekend.
Either way I am refocused and Am kicking my butt this week so far. I feel good and sweaty when I am done. And doing a different type of workout to change it up to keep seeing results. I just need to focus myself on the positive things rather than the negative. And keep moving forward.
Well if your reading thanks for reading my rant i appreciate it :) Sometimes we as humans need to just vent to get things off of our minds and chest to let it rest.
