Started the 30 day shred yesterday from jillian Michaels. I'm pretty sore today... Hoping to still manage a workout today.. I wanted to go to the gym this morning but that did not happen.. So i will try again for tomorrow.. I'm finding eating healthy is hard when i have 2 boys in the house who don't wanna eat healthy with me..but i'm managing.. I just cook 2 meals..
