Almost to 100,000 points!

Tuesday, April 17, 2012

I wanted to put a before and after picture on this blog but the after is still not as good as I want it to be. I also gained and am not at 187 instead of 166 and want to get that weight off.. What I found is when I got to 176 I was so flabby it scared me and I stopped exercising. I feel less flabby at 187 but doctor wants me at 166 .
So because I am having so much pain I need to be willing to get out there and do my 60 minutes of walking. I wonder if they have solutions for all the skin that will be sagging and , quite uncomfortable?

I started to get my hair cut short about a year ago so...
I am going to find some of those pictures but
I have not been willing to take any because i am not loosing dispite
100,000 spark points .
I know I have kept 30 pounds off but what have I done for you today.

    I think you are emoticon
I am considering getting my hair cut short. I do not really like it, but it will make it so much easier to handle as I exercise.
I wonder about all of the flabby skin, too. It has taken me 3 years to lose the 50 pounds I've lost... I have another 50 to go. My skin isn't too bad now. But I know the next 50 will affect the skin. Will deal with that when it gets here.
I do not do pictures. I have never photographed well. Even when I WAS thin! I may feel differently when I get to goal. Right now, no pics.
emoticon on almost 100,000 points! WOW!
I look forward to gettinghtere, myself!
You are an inspiration! I CAN do this! Thank you!
Hope your week goes well, and you have less pain!
