Having a pretty good day

I did NOT want to get moving today, I was so sleepy! But I got up, took my meds, and got moving. (Thanks to hubby & Kitty for the extra push!) So I set out on my daily walk to Starbucks to work, and decided to run part of the way! :) It wasn't alot of running, certainly not the whole day 1 of Couch to 5K, but that's alright. I got moving! I'm happy.
Been really pretty good about taking my meds on time, so that's good. Been doing a daily soy chia at Starbucks, and that has kept most side effects at bay.
I got to Starbucks today, and saw a whole bunch of butterflies fluttering around a lilac bush today; it was so pretty!!! As I've been walking more I'm really appreciating nature more, it's nice!
Today will make day 4 of being inline on my calories! Yesterday I was litterally ON THE DOT of my mac - 1620 calories! I couldn't have done that on purpose if I'd TRIED! But EVERYTHING was in range (except Pottasium - I have SUCH a hard time with that)
I've been ROCKING the fitness minutes - generally logging about an hour per day at least. 2 20 minute walks, yoga in the AM, yoga in the PM, and 5 - 10 minutes of dancing...been a bit lax on the strength training though, I should do that today :D
