I was so excited to step on the scale this morning and see I lost a little over a pound. I did count calories yesterday and I worked out to the xfactor week 1. Today will be treadmill for 1/2 hr. I'm feeling really good about this. I know I shouldn't get all excited about the first pound since it could just be my weight fluctuating but it sure is motivating. Also, it's been easy for me to eat "healthy" in the morning but as soon as the afternoon rolls around, I feel cravings for chocolate and junk....why is that...? Hoping today will be a little more manageable.
