Yesterday was so tired, I barely able to open my eyes and it was just mid day! So, back home, before I even managed to take steps to the bathroom, I fall asleep couple times LOL
So, that was how I broke my daily jump rope streaks in April
My workout on Monday, 16th April 2012:
1. Morning, 1-min, Quickies
# Walking Lunges 30 reps
2. Mid-morning, 1-min, Quickies
# Wall Squat 50 reps (aiming to get non-stop 1-min but after 20s, had to stand up then continue again for next 30s)
Total minute = 1 + 1 = 2 minutes
