I ended my 40 days without sweets last Saturday, let's just say that all of last week was a very horrible overkill as if I was making up for it. On the positive side, I kept up with my workouts that entire time and took my usual afternoon walks (even though some days were pouring) so I guess it can always be worse. I realized yesterday exactly how crazy I had let myself get and am consciously making amends now by making better food choices. I don't expect to be "perfect" but I definitely went overboard last week.
Tonight, DH will probably have leftovers from the weekend and I made crustless feta & spinach pie from skinnytaste.com. I made some subs but I think it'll come out fine. It smells good now.
