Another FRESH Week

Ok, I mean it this time.... I AM SERIOUS! This is it! I am sticking to my food/workout plan if it KILLS ME! And it may haha! I really want to lose these last 10lbs, I am SICK of talking about them! Today was great food-wise! I tracked every bite and measured all of my food. I used to do this all the time and it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was a little annoying to do today. I am proud of myself for being off to a good start :)

Workouts for the week!

MONDAY~ Yoga
TUESDAY~ 5 Miles & Boxing
WEDNESDAY~ Crossfit
THURSDAY~ 3 Miles & Boxing
FRIDAY~ Crossfit
SATURDAY~ 8 Miles (UGH)
SUNDAY~ OFF emoticon

  I wish you success with you weight loss and fitness goals, but from all I've heard, Crossfit is extreme and often dangerous approach to fitness.

I have seen plenty of healthy people that were in good shape go into that program, and find it was too extreme for their needs, or they got injured doing one of their extreme workouts and had to give up exercising for several weeks until they healed.

This article from the NY Times has some really good background info on Crossfit. You might want to check it out before you get any more involved with that organization.
