I had a Nice kind of Meditative long walk today and thought about how ive been doing on my goals and i wasnt Happy with where im going! i can see im slowly getting into bigger portions and its not the stuck on the plateau problem , its the problem of eating mindlessly after 800! I totally sabbotage my goals and i do good til then! i can say i have kept up on my Excercise routine so today is the Day I am getting back on track and doing my best ! I can give my self a pat on the back for getting a hold of my self and bringing my self to Reality and catching my self before i gained 20 pounds! The reality check was what im proud of today,so i wont beat my self up!I just have to figure out why im doing this when im not all that hungry tho my mind is saying im starving and im NOT....
Hi Bonnie !! Well done my friend for catching yourself before doing to much damage ... Just a little tip : Protein is the secret to not over eating late at night .. always make sure your last meal of the day contains plenty of protein .. if you don't like the thought of protien as in meat ... there are protien suppliments available in your health section of the supermarkets .. I always have a tablespoon of protien pwd in a glass of milk or a shake if I feel really hungry .. Lots of Love Susie 1623 days ago
