I did it -- gained back what I lost (minus 7 pounds). Oh well, I can do it again. Started tracking my food and water. I know I have to do something now because I pulled out all the clothes I already classified as too big. Need to get to the gym or at least get out for a walk. I usually switch diet plans when I do this yo yo routine but why change what works? I only looked at the chocolate -- did not eat.
