It's been so long, since I've blogged anything.....but feel of track with exercising and keeping track of food; but i guess that's been my downfall. I work really hard over a 3 - 5 month period and then the rest of the year I fall back into my old unhealthy habits...grrrr!!!
So here I am again....starting back, tracking my water intake and keeping a food journal; if I look back this seems to work very well for me.
Wish me luck with week 1 again!!!
