The start of day 1... I am starting the x-factor workout which is a "new" weekly workout, with cardio every other day. Rest day is Sunday. I started last week actually, however my muscles were so sore (in places I didn't even knew existed), I could not continue yesterday. I am better today, starting workout OVER. So, today is officially DAY 1.
Also, I'm having trouble with the logging in of my food. For one, it's taking forever to pull up on my computer. Two, 1/2 the foods I'm eating I cannot find on the list. I will be tracking my food on my blackberry through 'FatSecret.'
Still have my workout to do today. I need to develop a daily routine. I'm hoping after a few weeks, this will happen and become more easy for me. What am I talking about...I'm sure it will.
