I am back, I needed a place to blog and track food/workouts.
Starting the 30 day shred and going to try and eat healthier.

I will Measure & Weight every Monday

Pictures - I will take once a month

I'm having a problem with keeping my skin clear, mostly due to stress.
Stress because I am moving 2,000 miles away from home in August, having to look for a job and a place to live on the west coast, while I am stuck here in Kansas at the moment, and that I might be pregnant....that last one is making me nervous. But I will find out in about a week. I'll let you guys know. I'm not sure I am ready for a kid & my boyfriend doesnt want kids right now. but i guess it just takes time. agh breath.

Since I maybe pregnant I am trying not to go extreme. Just eating healthier, watching what I eat, and trying to workout a little bit. like the shred and a walk or some abs.

    I think the healthy eating is a good plan regardless of your circumstance. emoticon
