Day 1 of reprogramming!

So far, so great! Made a juice with frozen cherries, beet, pineapple, spinach, cucumber, radishes and coconut. It was very pulpy or the coconut made it so. Wasn't bad. Oh, and parsley and mint leaves. Vitamix was a wonderful gift and I pray R is blessed in return.

Next meal the rest of it and salad for dinner with some kind of protein.

I'm not going to cast party tonight as I don't want to be faced with some magnificent looking dessert and I get stuck again. I have lots of healthy choices and want to stay with it.

Legs feel like they really need some rolling on foam roller and feet feel like they need some work.

Have meat from the meat store to divide up and thinking chicken on the grill sounds so good. I have time to marinate it!!! Sounds like a good plan!
