A little late but life has been busy.
We have baseball tournaments every weekend so Spark is harder to get on sometimes.
I also started a new job last week with preschoolers. Wow I am tired at the end of the day. lol
I also keep losing and gaining the same 2 pounds. I hope it is the job stress and lack of sleep. Both I will work harder at this week. My work schedule will change this week which will give me mornings to workout.
I have lost some inches though! Woo hoo... A little off each area. (some more than others) I have lose skin so measuring is not always easy for me. So I do it less often/ maybe every other month.
I have also adjusted my goal weight to 155 thanks to help from my doctor. SHe thoguht 145-148 was too low for my bone structure/build. I am not a petite small boned person. She even said I might be happy at 175. We will see what the future holds. Right now I have 155 as my goal weight in Spark.
