A little late but life has been busy.

We have baseball tournaments every weekend so Spark is harder to get on sometimes.

I also started a new job last week with preschoolers. Wow I am tired at the end of the day. lol

I also keep losing and gaining the same 2 pounds. I hope it is the job stress and lack of sleep. Both I will work harder at this week. My work schedule will change this week which will give me mornings to workout.

I have lost some inches though! Woo hoo... A little off each area. (some more than others) I have lose skin so measuring is not always easy for me. So I do it less often/ maybe every other month.

I have also adjusted my goal weight to 155 thanks to help from my doctor. SHe thoguht 145-148 was too low for my bone structure/build. I am not a petite small boned person. She even said I might be happy at 175. We will see what the future holds. Right now I have 155 as my goal weight in Spark.

    I love the tiger strip one. I've seen it a couple times and it always makes me smile. Hopefully life gets a little less stressful here soon.

    I agree with Catherine, if you're losing inches than it's not the same 2 pounds. It's probably water.
    Getting enough sleep and less stress at work is always helpful in the weight loss department. I hope it works out.

    If you are losing inches then it's probably NOT the same 2 pounds. The fluctuating 2 pounds can easily be water, foot in the gut, etc. Lots of things in the body contribute to scale weight, but lost inches mean pretty much lost fat.

    Congrats on inches lost. I finally took pics today and did my measurements. Not sure of total inches lost since didn't do them on 1/24/12 when I started WW again, but from last years measurements I have lost about a inch waist and hips. Congrats and just hang in there.

    I am curious how tall you are? I have 145 set as my goal but really think I would be happy at 160. I have been really dragging my feet through April. Doing ok but not great which is showing up on the scale as tiny little losses.

    I purposely went a little lax the first week but then it was supposed to END and here I am three weeks later struggling to get back to the commitment level I had the first 3 months.

    I really think that the inches is a better show of progress for me. The scale just seems too finiky
