Day 16 of Cycling and Added a New Whole Food

Today marks my 16th day of cycling. I missed one day on Easter. I can feel my legs getting stronger every day!
I started out in 1st gear the first week and have progressed to 3rd gear this week. I really haven't ridden my bike in about 20 years so this is BIG for me!
The best part of it is knowing I am doing something I enjoy and knowing it is good for my whole self!
I also added raw spinach to my scrambled egg today. I am trying to get more potassium without the calories and this will help.
Each day I learn something new and so the adventure to a new me continues!
