I am so motivated to succeed. I had a set-back this past week, going off the diet and eating whatever for a few days. I gained a couple lbs. and had to post my weight being the same for my weigh in at the 5% community. I feel like a failed
But I am back on track! I stuck to a plan to slowly merge into the Induction diet again, and did well and lost some of the weight already. I am drinking tons of water, and feeling pretty good.
I am planning on wearing a bikini this summer. Who's with me?!
