SO done putting everything off until an indefinite later.
I officially (re) started both of the bootcamps I joined but had yet to commit to, Spring into Shape & 28 Day Bootcamp, both of which I intend to stick with. That plus being more strict with my nutrition plan will make a huge difference, especially considering how clueless I was to what I had been eating and my complete lack of any exercise or workouts before SparkPeople. Lazy, lazy past self...
Here's an obvious tip that you've probably heard a thousand times but I have to remind myself - if you need or want to do something, and you have access to it, stop thinking of it as a future obligation and just get it done! Now if only I could get that engraved into my brain forever. I'm just beginning to learn that it feels so nice to finish a project before that point where you dread it until the last minute and end up doing an amateur job. Psh this whole time I thought that was my only option! :)
