I have been trying my best to stay as active as possible. It has been interesting. I ordered the last 2 pieces of equipment that I want for my "home gym" LOL if that's what you want to call it. They should both be here within the next 2 weeks. I have decided to set my living room up as my workout room. I am going to have the equipment facing the TV etc so that I can work out while being "lazy"!
I am single again. So that gives me more time to work it out. I noticed that I gained 4 lbs over the past couple of months (birthday parties, work etc) and it makes me mad that my thighs got smaller. SMH But when I work out my thighs get bigger. Go figure!
Summer time is coming up. And I am more active during the summer than any other time. So hopefully I can make it over this plateau I have been in for about 6 months. Blessing to all....
