I promise to set goals for us. Make them small that will have a BIG impact. So here they are for this week. Taking each one day by day and hour by hour.
1. Eat better. - taking my lunch and only putting in good stuff. It may take a few days to get the "sugar" craving to subside, but just be patient with me. Try not to make it too hard.
2. Workout more. This involves putting my gym bag in the car. Then what excuse do I have after work?
3. Drink more Water. It won't harm you. I promise. It's not that bad. Soda does nothing for you but make you feel bad. Water makes you feel much better. Less bloating. :)
