Well I made it through the first week. Not perfect, but it is finished. Tomorrow is my first weigh in. I had one day where I went over my calories, every other day I was on the low end, so it should be okay! I need to exercise more! Way more!!!! It is a hard time of the year for me as my Asthma is always worse in the Spring. I will do it because exercising makes my lungs stronger.
Oh and I made these Awesome Cookies from the Cook Yourself Thin Show and have only eaten 1 so far! Now that is an accomplishment for me
Tomorrow I am starting Week 2! My goal is to improve on last week. I don't expect prefection (I am not ever going to be perfect) just improvement, however slight!
