In golf as in life and apparently in weight loss there is little connection between what you get and what you deserve. On Friday past I forgot to take my lunch so i walked over to the plaza planning to get a nutritious Subway sandwich. But I chose the door to the left and that was KFC and 2 pieces of fried chicken with fries. Then that night friends asked Watermellen and me out and it was a steak dinner with a large draft beer. Oh yes, and a piece of chocolate cake which I put entirely in my tracker even though Watermellen had a bite. That was instead of 9 holes of golf and it added up to 2680 calories for the day. One day of eating for delicion and not nutrition. Weigh in was Sunday and I feel like a thief as the scales tell me I am down a pound from last week. Sure hope that the scales don't catch up with me next week.
