So today was a good day overall. I kept track of my foods and stayed within my range! At the end of the night I had to decide whether I wanted a snack that would make me go over or if I was actually hungry. It turns out I'm not hungry, I just want to avoid doing work. Going online now is one way to avoid work, but it's ok because I will go back to it afterwards...eventually. I saw a book at the library today entitled "The art of procrastination". I'm guessing that I'm one big artist.
Nevertheless, I ate well, went to the gym, logged my fitness SP points, bought healthy groceries (no ice cream, chocolate anything), and later locked myself up in a library without internet access for a few hours to work on a paper after getting a really good vanilla iced coffee. It's very hard to focus with distractions being around.
So here are the weekly goals:
-lose one pound this week, or at least maintain weight from last week
-go to the gym three times this week (today counts)
-finish my two papers (I must, because theyre due this week)
-drink only one coffee per day, substitute water later
-continue doing the Shred for at least 5 days this week
Sounds good, and doable. I have to take things one day at a time.
