Preparing for another week

Hello! I have been slowly improving and hoping to be feeling more myself this week since Im going back to work again. I think I will really miss all the naps I have had time for since surgery and know my cat will miss the company. I had great plans for what I would do with my week off but sadly I didnt get any of it done...sigh! Oh well, that wasnt the reason for my time off so guess I shouldnt feel too bad, eh? so will spend the rest of the day catching up on my chores and then get to bed early so Im well rested for my first day back. That's the plan anyone, not to see if I can actually manage it. Thanks for my friends who have come by to lend their support and wish me well!

    Hopefully, you'll have a place you can put your feet up and close your eyes for 10 or 15 minute power nap around lunch. That will do a lot towards helping re-charge for the rest of the work day.

    You still are healing for awhile, so please do not push yourself too hard. It takes time for the body to really knit itself and right itself back to where you need to be. Not sure what sort of surgery you had, but that's true no matter what it was. It just takes time to really get back on track. Be kind to you. emoticon emoticon
