Ok, I haven't made an entry in a while. So here goes. Like so many others I find myself on the dieting yoyo. Do good for a while then goes bad and try again. Not to mention the fact that the people who I am seeing online with these AMAZING RESULTS are all using systems that I am sorry but I can not afford.
So it is time to break it down. One day at a time, one week at a time, maybe even one hour at a time. Hoping that the food days at work will calm down for a while and I will get back to it.
That being said, I have a few goals for the week.
1. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day.
2. Stay within my calorie range for the day.
3. Limit sweets.
4. Get in 45 minutes of fitness per day alternating Walk Away the Pounds and Extreme Makeover Weightloss Edition.
5. By my weekly weigh in on April 24, have lost 2 pounds.
