My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.

Here are today's blessings:

1. Beautiful weather today. (We survived some pretty bad storms last night.)

2. My sister-in-law has decided to join the family for dinner tonight to celebrate my dad's birthday. (Please say some prayers that this goes well.)

3. Great sermon at church today.

4. Family, friends, and faith.

  1. Went to my aunt's wake out of town today. Awful reason to get together, but it WAS nice to see family.

2. Mom & Dad made it to MN safely. She'll have all her pre-op stuff tomorrow and surgery on Tuesday. She's in good hands.

3. Disappointed we didn't hear from our son today, but knew that was a possibility. Glad for his letter, though he's hit a bit of a rough patch.

    1. My brother-in-law's bone marrow test came back cancer free so he can have the stem cell implants
2. My sister-in-law who has MS had brain surgery on Friday and the growth they found was not cancerous.
3. My mother-in-law is doing well on her new vegan diet
4. Parents are healthy
5. Husband and son are in good health

    I am thankful for:

1. I was able to clean my house. I was in pain, but I kept going. The more I cleaned the happier I felt to the point I broke down and cried with joy. You should have seen my husband's face. Then he realized and ask if that was happy tears. lol

2. My wonderful husband helped me with cleaning.

3. My sister and great niece came to visit. Loved it.

4. My husband is retiring this July. Praise you LORD JESUS!

5. In general I feel great joy.
