A New Week

Today begins a new week and I am confident that I will make some changes. I am carefully planning my fitness routines and preparing meals to keep me on track. This journey has given me plenty of ups and downs, but I know that I have made improvements in my overall health. A big THANK YOU to all my friends at SP for motivating me and keeping me on track. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks so much for the comment on my blog and adding me as a SparkFriend, that was so nice of you! Thanks also for the training shoes Goodie - usually I do PIlates, Yoga and walking but today I started to do strength training so they came in handy!! I agree - planning food for the week helps to avoid the little fat devil in our heads telling us to eat junk!
