The last two days...

So Friday I was supposed to do my workout...and I started it, but the kids needed me. Boo! I did get 10 out of my 20 minutes in, but was so frustrated by the lack of help from my 11 year old that I didn't mark it down. emoticon I know I shouldn't rely on my kids to help with the little ones all the time, but I really only wanted 20 minutes and figured he could do it.

Yesterday I had all the intentions in the world to do my workout, but got busy and hadn't officially put my "me" time on any calendar. I did however track 2/3 of my food eaten for the day! That is a step forward for me! I know I should have finished the rest of the days food, but I once again got busy. We went out to a bonfire and good for me I only drank water and didn't snack on anything!!

Today is the day I get back on track. It is raining outside, but I plan to throw a DVD in and sweat it out!! I am tempted to do two sessions just to make up for the lost days...but one is for certain happening today! In fact...I am getting ready to do one now...gotta pick up the toy mess in the living room and than the play button will be pushed!

I am also planning on tracking my food again today and trying to do it all not just 2/3 of it! Here is to a new day and a good one at that!!
