MEMORIAL DAY CHALLENGE

So the inspirational Juli has inspired me to start a challenge to look good in a swimsuit by Memorial Day. This is just the kick in the butt that I needed! So here are the terms:

*Weigh 2x a week
*Track food (my personal twist- track food at least 5 days a week, stay under 1500 cal at least 4 days a week)
*Workout 4x a week burning a personal calorie goal

I will add:
*Plan Ahead Meals and Exercise Each Week
*Curb Emotional Eating

It began for me April 11 and will run through May 28. I'm putting it down in black and white to hold myself accountable. So I have 47 days (6.71 weeks) to lose 7 pounds. Given my emotional eating tendencies of late, I need to kick it into high gear! It's time to get serious!
