I feel like I'm not eating everything I would like to eat, I'm working out enough to have sore muscles, yet my weight is up today. Salt? Water retention? Seems like hokie reasons.
Feeling so stuck, but I have a new 10 week plan, which I'm on track for. Need to keep the food in line...those 15 hours that I'm not sleeping or exercising. Those are the tough ones.
