How I Did:
Not so good with the coffee. Two meetings last night and well........
Mostly measured everything so I gave it to me.
Did real good all day and this eating machine came back from the meetings. Sure I went over for the day.
Well I didn't get on the bike but I did a lot all day but nope no bike.
Stretching is a big YES. Feels good to get back to stretching.
P/U and crunches done along with weights and heavy yardwork.
I am giving me this. I didn't study the course but I did google stuff about flowers I transplanted so I did study.
Did my meditation today and it was good. Very relaxing.
Prayed when I got up and when I went to bed. Friend of mine told me she prays all day and I do that. Not prayer more like conversations. One thing I try to say many times is "Thy will not mine be done". Keeps me out of trouble.
Well today had good points and some very bad ones. Food was good and then got bad. New goal will have to be no snacking at night. Boredom is my downfall.
I didn't get on the bike today and I feel bad but I did get a cardio work out. I have 3 piles. Loam , Compost and manure. I used the wheel barrow filled it up going from one pile to another mixing up all three. Then I wheeled this to my flower beds the closest at least 100 yards away. I did that 12 times I think. For me it was a workout. I didn't do the bike but not entirely guilty about it.
All in all I am glad this isn't a race. For those of you who consistently read this and offer support and encouragement I thank you. It means a great deal.
