Sunday Short Workout - Bodyweight Sets

Inspired by fitocracy, my Sunday workout on a usually "lazy day" was like this:

Bodyweigt Jump Squat x 10
Bodyweight Lunges x 20
Pushups x 20
Bodyweight Squats x 30
Jumping Jacks x 100
Crunches x 30
Plank Hold x 45 sec
Bicycle Crunches x 20

Short, pretty easy, broke a little sweat, feels good! + 10 minutes stretching afterwards.

Just wanted to share the workout idea! Have a great Sunday :)

    I love those short quickie workouts that really make me feel like I've accomplished something.

I'll be doing a similar (but easier) one later today.

  Sounds good! I did the foam roller for about 1/2 hour. Feels like a good massage. Try it! emoticon
