Insanity Day 4

I almost didn't complete my workout today because I had waited until too late in the day and was tired. This concerns me because next week I'm back at work after Easter Break and I want to keep up my workouts even if they have to be in the evening. I think this tells me that morning is going to be better for me, but we already get up so early for work and school.

I keep thinking of a quote I have hanging in my bathroom. "If something is important to you, you'll make a way. If it is not, you'll make an excuse." I DON'T want to make an excuse!

One thing I'm most proud of is making wise food choices, even when eating out. I ate less and chose wisely...even choosing hot tea instead of a latte.

Back to the workout. I almost didn't complete it because I was worried I didn't have the energy. Come to find out, it wasn't a cardio workout on Day is a Cardio Recovery day, which means deeper strengthing and strength poses and no cardio! Yay!

I think I'll be ready for cardio again tomorrow...just earlier in the day. I'm mostly just proud of that little X on my Insanity calendar that said I've done 4 days in a row. Onward to 60!

  I like the fact that you have that quote in your bathroom. That is a great inspiration and the truth. You can always find time to do what is important to you emoticon
