Yesterday was a rest day for me. So I relax around the house and read a book. I also did some laundry and cleaning as I am a clean freak. I don't like to see a mess you know. I trend to worry about what others think when they stop by. Hubby says I am nuts but that just the way I am.
The kids had a half day of school so we went and pick them up at 12pm. Boy was it a wet and windy day. All day it rained and was very windy. Let me just say it wasn't a day for letting dogs out.But I had no choice and they got muddy. The funny part was they didn't want to come back inside. Had to go out and get them. It was so cold I didn't want to be out.
I ate healthy through out the day and drunk all my water. I did have later in the even after dinner some carb smart ice cream vanilla while I was watching a Movie.
About midnight I went to bed and didn't wake up till 9am this morning. So over all yesterday was quiet and relaxed.

So after I woke up I took a shower and got dressed and than made the family breakfast we had pancakes with strawberries and sugar free syrup. I make sliver dollars ones and the kids love them. I only had 4 so it's about 220 cal then with the strawberries and the syrup about 370 total.
I did my workout as it was with Bob Harper for 23 minutes. I swear he kick my butt in that 23 minutes.
I have my dinner cooking since 11am. I am making a pot roast in the slow cooker. With carrots,potatoes,celery,onions
,tomatoes,garlic,salt and pepper,black coffee. Each serving is about 400 cal. Just add 1 cup of water and leave it on for 6 to 8 hours and you good to go.
Well guess that it for my blog. I need to go post on my teams. Hope everyone is having a great Saturday...
