So I do my weigh-ins every Saturday. Last week's had me really down since I was only down 0.2lbs which really is nothing (though it is better than +0.2). I had a somewhat negative attitude this week as a result. This upset my boyfriend and while he was trying to help me we ended up having a fight about it. It is so much easier for men to lose weight, and I have so much more weight to lose than him and then he realizes that I do. He acts like this is something that will be done with by the end of the year, which for him may be true (and by done with I mean losing weight but we'd still continue to be healthy and active). It's frustrating for me Anyway, so I was worried that this week would continue in my first plateau, but instead I lost 2.2lbs!!
On a side note, my mom is coming to visit soon, and we will probably go out to eat a bunch. This worries me... I hope I can keep my eating habits in line!
