April Week 2

It's been a rough week here. On top of the regular work, school and family my youngest Kaylee had to have major dental work done Tuesday which resulted in some rough days and quite a few very rough nights. It's been hard to get much extra done this week. Fingers crossed that next week will be better.

Now on to my goals:

1. Run/walk 100 (documented) miles this month. For this to count for me I have to run/walk one of my pre-determined routes (mileage already figured) or I have to run/walk those miles on the treadmill.

Epic fail! I only managed 3.87 miles this week which is also my total for the month. At this pace there is no way I am coming even close to my goal :(

2. Average 60 cardio minutes each day. I would like to have a min of 2-3 runs a week and one Zumba class.

Didn't make it to Zumba this week and barely managed the min cardio. I have to get focused for next week.

3. Strength train 3 days a week with the program that my trainer set up for me. It's a good balance of whole body workouts that should get kick my butt in gear for summer clothes. The ST is hard to me to fit in but I need to focus on it because the Warrior Dash is coming up.

I did manage to get my ST in but I am still not feeling that great about the week.

4. Take a little bit of time for myself 3 days a week. It needs to be a minimum of 15-30 minutes without doing things like dishes or laundry.

I did grab a bit of me time here of there but not really anything to write home about. All in all it's been a rough week!
