I am still waiting and nothing is happening. I just don't understand it. I am trying to be patient but this is getting ridicules. I am still walking or hiking is more like it cause up there it is all over those hills. I don't think there is any area at all that is really flat. But I think that's great I want to make it as difficult as possible so that it keeps challenging me. I don't think I am one of those people who get bored really fast or anything but I do like it that there are hills and valleys and stuff. But I am getting off the subject which is I still have not lost any weight and I don't think I am still losing inches cause things are not getting any loser. I am trying to eat more and more often too. But that seems to be having the opposite effect to the one I am looking for. I am sorry if I seem to be whining alot, don't think I am a whiner but for some reason no matter what I do it's not working. I would rather go back to not forcing myself to eat and see what happens then to keep making myself eat and see what little inches I did seem to lose be put back on. So I guess until someone tells me what I am doing wrong or how to make it work in the first place I guess I will just keep going on the way it's been and just keep staying disappointed in myself and the program. I heard somewhere about an 800 calorie diet. I wonder if I cut down on even more of my intake what it would do. If it takes from my stored fat and nothing but that surely that would make me lose weight and inches. Has anyone got any information on the 800 calorie diet?Please any info would be great.
