I have had quite a stressful week between getting the house ready for the home inspection and work there was a lot going on. Yesterday on top of everything else, my blender broke. I was so upset. I can only be glad my husband was home to comfort me. He found the part we need to fix it which is great. In the meantime, we bought another blender as back up. I made a great smoothie today with pineapple, kale, spinach and a banana. It was really yummy.
Starting tomorrow I am going to replace my breakfast with a smoothie and continue drinking a smoothie for my other meal. That means I will be eating one meal a day and drinking the other two :) I have been describing green smoothies to people this way: "I am drinking a salad with fruit instead of eating it." LOL People get a laugh out of it, but it also makes them realize what I am doing :)
I feel better already. I am hoping to see some changes in my weight now.
I am still working out with the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD on average 4-5 times a week. I am going to continue with this for a few more months.
I am thinking I should see some results this next week with this overhaul in my lifestyle :)
