28 Day Bootcamp

Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp is really helping me to stick to getting in daily exercise. While some of the workouts are short, they still get me sweating, and I usually add some time on the treadmill to the shorter workouts. I like the variety! Almost done with week 2.

    The one thing I have to be careful with while doing the Boot Camp workouts is that there is a lot of lateral arm moves with light weights. My core is so weak right now, and I have back/neck problems from a car accident years ago, so can't do those moves with the weights...yet! Even though it will likely take me weeks, if not months, to get strong again, I have every intention of doing so.

    You've planted a bootcamp seed here. I'm starting out with my pedometer daily to get a realistic idea of where I'm "at" for taking the next step. Might just be the bootcamp. Thanks for sharing! Continued success to you in bootcamp, too!!
