BL19 Goals

Looking at what I want to accomplish for this challenge:

Nutrition: My goal is to eat within calorie range 90% or greater.
To reduce my soda intake to 1 bottle or less a day

Exercise: Complete the C25K program.
Start the 5K210K program.
Cardio 60 or more minutes a day 7 days a week
Strength training 5 days a week

Psychological: To take 30 minutes to myself a day.
