I am SO glad it's Saturday! I don't really sleep in that much or sit around all day, but Saturdays are a chance for me to rest. Emotionally, mentally and physically.
After the busy week we had, I'm glad to be spending some quiet time playing with my kids and my husband. We are going with a group of people from our church tonight, but it's low-key and the kids always have a great time playing with the other kids.
I'm also super happy, because it looks like I didn't sabotage myself as badly as I thought this week! My weigh in on Monday was 202lbs, but I had also weighed myself on Saturday(don't know why) and come in at 200lbs. Now I've weighed myself on a Saturday again and I'm still at/back at 200lbs! So while there was no weight loss this week, I'm feeling pretty awesome about no gain!
I'm still feeling really run down from this week, but I'm hoping to get some exercise in soon. I would say today, but weekends are usually for 'active rest'. I don't really need to rest from anything physically so I am going to TRY. My goal is to start an exercise streak on Monday. Last time I got to 22 days(ended Friday, Easter weekend).
