My goals for this challenge are:

1. Stay within my calorie range 7/7 days.
2. To do cardio 5/7 days.
3. To do strength training 3/7 days.
4. To be more mindful of what I am eating and why I am eating.
5. To do an accountability blog each week.

I want to keep my goals simple, because I have a tendency to overwhelm myself.
