Since last SATURDAY, I have gone to the gym 5 times and walked for an hour. My calories have been good. Today's weigh in? 1.1lb loss. My expectation was more but it shouldn't have been. I'm probably building muscle and 1.1lbs is not shabby! I'm really trying to stay positive. Today will be a good day! More good healthy food and some physicial activity in the warm sun. It's supposed to be in the low 70s today!
