Saturday's Plan

Yep...this week, Saturday has a plan.

1) Clean the house
2) Prep food for the coming week
3) Plan out my menus for the coming week
4) Plan out my workouts for the coming week
5) Spend some time relaxing

That's the plan.

    This is what I need to do. Haven't had the time to plan my meals. I plan but only the day of. I need to plan for a week at a time. Although DH is awful about throwing a wrench in my eating plan! I have to be able to roll with the punches sometimes.
