I get on the scale and see pounds lost. That's always encouraging. Recently I have been noticing inches lost too. Especially in my waist and hips. I have gone from a size 16 to between a size 8 to 10. I can hardly believe it, but then again, I can. I have worked hard to lose the weight and I watch my calories and exercise. I guess I just wasn't prepared for such results. I feel good about what I am doing and the results I am seeing. I set small obtainable goals so that I can meet them.
