So i am almost at my goal. If some of you saw my status a few days ago i have moved it up because i am satisfied with the way my body looks and feels. From now on if i do lose weight its because im doing it on accident. I will still keep my dieting going to slowly transition to a more permanent food choice. Im trying to learn how to cook for myself so that i can being independently healthy. 155 may seem like a big number but it is not on me i am slim and my stomach is very flat and i still have some of my back side i wear a size 9 and no muffin top front or sides can be seen. I look amazing in almost anything i put on. Even my work clothes but i will still continue to exercise and eat healthy just now i wont be trying to set a weight goal at a certain time or date. I will still run because ive done it to many times to not want to. I am actually really tired of looking at the scale all the time and just want to be healthy and keep the jiggling to a minimum. So maybe i will set a challenge to see how long i can go with out looking at the scale. I will update with pics soon so that you all can see the end results. Im DONE !!!
