Time to quit

Tomorrow I begin a program to quit chewing. After 29 years it is time. Wanted to wait until I had me eating under control. I had heard that when you quit you eat more. I now track everything so I'm confident that I'll be alright there. The company I work for pays for everything, which is really nice. My health coach said that once I quit my metabolism will slow down. She said nicotine elevates your metabolism. Oh well I guess I'll do more exercise.
