I just looked up my streaks an realized that I have logged in and spun the SP wheel 76 days in a row.

Also of note;
I've lost 20 lbs in that 76 days
I've learned to love my daily workout
I've walked over 250 miles
And best of all, made a long list of Spark Friends!

What's your best streak right now?

    I have been here 6 weeks today and in that six weeks I have managed to get in 90 minutes of exercise every week! I can't believe it. I can feel a difference in my muscles now; it's like my legs feel stronger and I feel lighter when I walk.

    I've got 25 weeks of 90-minutes a week, exercising. Not bad for a former slug!
