I've been losing some momentum lately. I've worked out harder than ever, but I feel so tired all the time. And, because I've exercised more, I've started some bad eating habits again.
Well, yesterday, I cut my workout from 50 minutes to 20 minutes. I feel better than I have in a looooonnnng time. More energy & my mood is lighter. I'm going to try working out more often for less time & see how it goes.
