I will try my hardest to blog everyday, answering these questions! not only is it fun, but it will keep me on track :) you guys should do it too! Maybe it will keep you motivated as well :)

so here it goes:

1.) Your stats
my stats so far:
170lbs (used to be 200lbs!)
Mile run: 11 minutes and 16 seconds
Pull ups: 10 with chair
push ups: 10 reps, 3 sets

my goal stats:
120lbs (correct BMI)
Mile run: under 10 minutes
pull-ups: 1 by May 4, 2012
push ups: 15 reps, 3 sets.

    Good work! You are well on your way! I have never had the upper body strength to do even one pull-up. Even at a healthy weight, I could do lots of push up but not one pull up. I hope you get that pull up!!!
